University of Dubuque Men's Golf Set to Compete at NCAA Division III Men's Golf Championship

Championship to be played in Florida

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa -- The University of Dubuque men's golf team is preparing to compete at the NCAA Division III Men's Golf Championship as the automatic qualifier from the American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) for the second consecutive season. 

For the sixth time in program history, the Spartans were crowned the men's golf champions of the A-R-C. UD bested the field by nine shots while breaking the previous 54-hole A-R-C championship record by seven shots. 

The Spartans have had a strong spring season now standing No. 27 nationally and No. 3 in the region. They have posted a 291.9 scoring average this year. UD has two golfers ranked inside the top-50 with Luke Harwick (27) and John Dobbe (35)

The 2026 championship is set to take place this week, May 12-15 at Mission Inn Resort in Florida. Live scoring is available on Clippd by Scoreboard for the championship.
