Semifinals Set for Tonight, April 23, in A-R-C Women's Tennis Tournament

Matches to be played in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Decorah, Iowa

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa -- The Central College Dutch grabbed a road victory in the opening round and the Wartburg College Knights won at home to advance to the American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) Women's Tennis Tournament Semifinals this evening, April 23. The Luther College Norse and Coe College Kohawks will take to the courts for the first time this postseason this evening. 

The second-seeded Kohawks will play host to the third-seeded Knights in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, on the campus of Coe College, this evening with first serve at 4:00 p.m. These two programs last met on September 16 where Coe earned a 7-0 victory. Coe is looking to make their 17th trip to the championship match while Wartburg is looking to get back to the championship match for the third time in program history and first since 2021. 

The top-seeded Norse will host the fifth-seeded Dutch this evening. These two teams met on September 26 where Luther grabbed a 7-0 victory. First serve is set for 4:00 p.m. tonight from Decorah, Iowa on the campus of Luther College. The Norse are looking to clinch a spot in the tournament championship for the 21st time in program history while the Dutch are looking for their second overall appearance and first since 2004. 

The tournament champion receives the league's automatic berth to the 2026 NCAA Division III Women's Tennis Championships.

Semifinals - Thursday, April 23
No. 5 Central at No. 1 Luther - 4:00 p.m.
No. 3 Wartburg at No. 2 Coe - 4:00 p.m.

Championship - Saturday, April 25
Semifinal #1 Winner vs. Semifinal #2 Winner - 1:00 p.m.
