CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa -- The American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) is excited to announce a new partnership with Whistle Labs, an artificial intelligence company focused on developing technology solutions for college athletics.
"We focus on building lasting partnerships that elevate member institutions and expand our capacity to support student-athletes," said Marie Stroman, A-R-C Commissioner. "Partnering with Whistle Labs allows us to harness innovative technology to streamline daily administrative and operational demands, freeing up valuable time and resources for our administrators to focus on what matters most: the total development and success of our student-athletes."
Through the partnership, the A-R-C will explore the use of Whistle Labs’ technology to streamline conference operations and compliance administrative functions.

"The American Rivers Conference didn't wait. It's putting the newest technology available in college athletics directly in the hands of the member institutions it serves."
As part of the A-R-C’s ongoing effort to enhance operations and member support, Buena Vista University, Coe College, Loras College, and Simpson College will participate in a pilot program with Whistle Labs during the 2026-27 academic year.
Participating campuses and the conference office will leverage Whistle’s AI-powered platform to streamline compliance research and enhance decision-making capabilities. Through the pilot program, participating institutions will also access tailored tools to easily create branded, easy-to-understand educational resources that simplify complex NCAA and conference regulations for staff and student-athletes.
