Garry Laidlaw has guided the Dutch since 1998 and has compiled a record of 246-224-33. Central returns seven starters including all-conference honorees Teddy Apostolopoulos, Ian Gredell, and Nate Lampe.
“We will have some areas to consolidate due to graduation. Otherwise, we feel very good about our new and returning group which had us in the title chase until the last match day of 2025.”
Coe College:

Kyle Bakas is entering his eighth season as head coach for the Kohawks. He is returning a strong core to the lineup this year with Brandon Kostelny, Dylan Pagel, Jack Resado, James Napieralski, Isaiah Jakel, and Sebastian Peña.
“We are looking forward to this season. It is time for our leaders to step up on the field as they have off the field. All we know for sure is that we are going to have fun and other teams better take us seriously."
University of Dubuque:

Andrew Mathys enters his third season at the head of the Spartan men’s soccer program. He returns the majority of his starters to the lineup including Elia Desario, Eddie Pappis, Riley Johnson, Elliott Solberg, Luka Tomic, Ryder Syverson, Brock Richardson, Brady Wagner, and Lucas Albright.

Loras College:

Nick Rizzo is no stranger to the Duhawks soccer program, but he is entering his first season as the head coach. He will get on the pitch with eight returning starters, including all-conference honorees Alex Drexler, Sep Heerkens, Joey Sorce, and Townes Robertson.

Nebraska Wesleyan University:

Brandon Bonilla is entering his ninth season as the head coach of the Prairie Wolves. With only losing a few key parts, Nebraska Wesleyan brings back strength with seven starters returning. Owen Glogowski, Kaysha Shagavah, Wil Tobaben, Franklyn Herasme, and Max Matthies all return as previous all-conference performers.
“After a really tight conference season last year, I am excited to get after it again this year. Should be another closely contested conference season.”
Simpson College:

Rick Isaacson enters his 16th season as the head coach of the men’s soccer program in Indianola. The Storm return ten starters to the pitch to bring back experience. Leading the experience will be Tate Downs and Nate Hersom who return as all-conference honorees.
"We expect the A-R-C will again be one of the top NCAA DIII conferences in the region. Top to bottom, this league is a grind. Our players are looking forward to tackling the challenges that lie ahead."
Wartburg College:

Christian Coridon enters year one as the head coach of the Knights with the key core returning from last year’s regular season co-champions. Wartburg returns eight starters, including Flori Gembo, Alima Mmunga, Carson Kay, Blake Whitlow, and Joey Svoboda as all-conference honorees from a season ago.

The A-R-C will be as competitive as ever, with every program continuing to improve. There are no easy games in this conference.
