2026 A-R-C Indoor Track & Field Championships Preview

Luther Set to Host

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa -- The 2026 American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) Indoor Track & Field Championships will take place Friday, February 27 and Saturday, February 28 in Decorah, Iowa with Luther College serving as host. 

At the 2025 championship, the Loras College women won their fourth title in program history. The Duhawks were led by Most Valuable Field Performer Emma Seipel and Rookie of the Year Madelyn Mucci. Wartburg's JoJo Tyynismaa was named the Most Valuable Track Performer. 

On the men's side at the 2025 championship, the Wartburg College men claimed their 12th title in program history. Otis Patterson of the University of Dubuque earned Most Valuable Track Performer, Ulysses Patterson of Simpson earned Most Valuable Field Performer, and Elliott Bond of Wartburg earned Rookie of the Year. 

The A-R-C was well represented at the national meet last year and earned 45 All-American honors. Emma Seipel claimed a national title in the long jump to propel the Loras women to a fourth place podium finish. 

Admission: 
Luther will charge admission to the championship. Ticket prices will be $10.00 for adults, $5.00 for students without a valid A-R-C ID and seniors (60 and older), per day. Children 5 and under, and all current students with valid A-R-C ID shall be admitted free.

Merchandise:
Merchandise is available through BSN online only. The store will remain open through March 2, 2026. All items will ship directly to the customer. 

Concessions: 
Concessions will be provided by Luther College.
