2025 A-R-C Outdoor Track & Field Championships Set for May 8-10

Simpson to Serve as Host

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – The Simpson College Storm hosts one of the top Division III Outdoor Track & Field meets in the nation May 8-10. The nine American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) institutions will make their way to Buxton Stadium to compete and see who will go home with the 2025 A-R-C Outdoor Track & Field titles. 
 
In 2024, the women of Wartburg College claimed the team title for the 24th time in program history. On the men’s side, Loras College won their 10th title. 
 
In the most recent United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) released on May 6, sees the University of Dubuque Spartan men ranked sixth in the country followed by Wartburg at No. 12. Central rounds out the national rankings on the men's side for the A-R-C at No. 21. On the women's side, the Duhawks of Loras rank the highest within the conference at No. 8. Nebraska Wesleyan is the next in the league at No. 15 followed by Central at No. 20 and Wartburg at No. 21. 
 
Action gets underway the first day with multi events on Thursday, May 8 at 1:00p. The multi-events finish up Friday as the rest of the meet begins with individual and relay events at noon. Championship Merchandise: 
There will be championship apparel available for purchase on-site and provided by Northwest Designs Ink, Inc. The apparel has customization available. 
 
Admission: 
Simpson will charge admission to the tournament. Ticket prices will be $8.00 for adults, $5.00 for students without a valid A-R-C ID and seniors (60 and older). Children 5 and under, and all current students with valid A-R-C ID shall be admitted free.
 
Concessions: 
Concessions will be provided by Simpson College.
