CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa -- The 2025 American Rivers Conference (A-R-C) Women's Volleyball Tournament semifinals are scheduled for tonight, Thursday, November 13, on the campuses of the University of Dubuque and Coe College.
The University of Dubuque (24-3 overall, 8-0 A-R-C) is taking the court for the first time this postseason after earning a first round bye after winning the regular season title. They will host No. 4 Central College (22-8 overall, 5-3 A-R-C). The Spartans and Dutch previously met on on November 1 and it was a thrilling five set match that UD came out on top in. UD is looking to raise the tournament trophy for the second consecutive season while Central is on the hunt for their first tournament title since 2007.
First serve is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. from Stoltz Arena. The winner will advance to the championship match.
The Coe College Kohawks (20-9 overall, 7-1 A-R-C) earned the No. 2 seed after a strong performance in the regular season. The Kohawks will prepare to host No. 3 Simpson College (19-7 overall, 5-3 A-R-C) this evening. These two teams met earlier this season on October 18 and the Kohawks earned the impressive five-set victory. Coe is in search for their first tournament title since 2003 while the Storm are looking to keep an impressive season rolling into their first tournament title since 2006.
First serve is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. from Kohawk Arena. The winner will advance to the championship match.
The championship match, with the automatic berth to the 2025 NCAA Division III Women's Volleyball Tournament on the line, is set for Saturday, November 15 at the highest remaining seed in the bracket.
Admission:
Ticket prices will be $10.00 for adults, $5.00 for students without a valid A-R-C ID and seniors (60 and older). Children 5 and under, and all current students with valid A-R-C ID shall be admitted free.
