Noah Jorgenson Award Male Athlete of the Week Week Of 4/29/2024 Sport American Rivers Conference School Central College Year Senior Position Distance Hometown Sidney, Iowa High School Sidney Male Athlete of the Week – Men’s Outdoor Track & Field – Track Performer of the Week Noah Jorgenson, Central College Sr., Sidney, Iowa/Sidney Jorgenson competed at the Drake Relays. He competed in the 800-meters and recorded a time of 1:50.60 to finish sixth out of 13. Additionally, he competed in the 1500-meters and finished third out of 21 with a time of 3:45.40. Jorgenson ran the fastest 1500 meters in Division III so far this outdoor season and only fell to a Division I and II athlete. Additionally, Jorgenson broke the conference record by a half second. The Dutch are back in action this Friday at the Wartburg Triangular before the A-R-C Championships the next weekend. The Sidney, Iowa native is picking up his first career Outdoor Track Performer of the Week honor.
