Shaelyn Hostager Award Track Performer of the Week (Women) Week Of 4/29/2024 Sport Outdoor Track & Field School Wartburg College Year Senior Position Hometown Dubuque, Iowa High School Hempstead Women’s Outdoor Track & Field – Track Performer of the Week Shaelyn Hostager, Wartburg College Sr., Dubuque, Iowa/Hempstead Hostager competed at the Drake Relays this week. The senior recorded a time of 34:21.21 in the 10k to finish third out of 23 competitors. Hostager broke a 20-year old Wartburg school record, previously held by Missy Buttry. Her time currently stands fourth in TFRRS. Wartburg will compete this week in Decorah and at home as they gear up for the A-R-C Championships. The Dubuque, Iowa native is picking up her first career Women’s Outdoor Track Perfromer of the Week honor.
