The senior hit the 20-point mark for the fourth straight game with the 85-83 win on Saturday. He scored 22 points, going 9-for-20 (45%) from the floor and 3-for-8 from long. The most important basket he made came on a buzzer beater soft touch shot from the middle of the lane to secure the Kohawks conference victory over the defending regular season champion. The Kohawks move their record to 9-1 overall and 4-0 in league play with two non-conference games on the slate this week facing Cornell and North Central (Minn.). The Algona, Iowa native is earning his fourth-career Player of the Week honor in his career (2/20/23, 2/27/23, 12/4/23, 12/11/23).
