The sophomore picked up two individual wins in the 200-yard freestyle, recording a time of 2:39.61, and the 500-yard freestyle, with a time of 5:35.05. The 200-yard freestyle relay, which Lazzaretto competed in, posted a time of 1:46.63 to take home gold. The Prairie Wolves won the dual to Simpson, 138-42. Nebraska Wesleyan will be in action again this Friday-Sunday when they travel to the University of Chicago to compete in the Phoenix Fall Classic. This is the Venice, Italy native’s second time earning Performer of the Week honors (1/23/23, 11/13/23).
