High School Hononegah Football – Defensive Player of the Week Josh Rydberg, Loras College Gr., DB, Rockton, Ill./Hononegah Rydberg helped lead the Loras College Duhawks to a 41-38 double overtime victory over Nebraska Wesleyan University on Saturday. The graduate defensive back led the team with 12 total tackles. Six of his 12 tackles were solo, giving him 35 on the season, which currently leads the A-R-C. Loras improved to 3-3 overall and 2-2 in league play. They remain at home this weekend where they will host No. 3 Wartburg College at the Rock Bowl. The Rockton, Illinois native is picking up his first Defensive Player of the Week honor.
