High School Hamilton Women’s Golf – Golfer of the Week Leah Balsbaugh, University of Dubuque So., Sussex, Wis./Hamilton Balsbaugh took home medalist honors at the 2023 A-R-C Women’s Golf Championship at Ames Golf & Country Club in Ames, Iowa this weekend. The sophomore shot rounds of 81-77-74-232 (+19), one shot clear of second place. The Spartans took home the team title for the fourth time in the last five championships with a team score of 936 (+84). Dubuque has qualified for the 2024 NCAA Division III Women's Golf Championship to be played at Keene Trace Golf Club in Nicholasville, Kentucky on May 21-24, 2024. Balsbaugh is picking up her first-career Golfer of the Week accolade.
