Megan Tanghe Award Golfer of the Week Week Of 9/18/2023 Sport Football School Coe College Year Senior Position Hometown East Moline, Ill. High School Alleman Women’s Golf – Golfer of the Week Megan Tanghe, Coe College Sr., East Moline, Ill./Alleman Tanghe picked up individual medalist honors at the Buena Vista Invite over the weekend. The senior fired rounds of 75 and 78 to finish with a 36-hole total of 153 to best the field by one stroke. She led the Kohawks to the team win with a two-day team total of 673. Both of Tanghe’s round over the weekend were the lowest on their respective days. The Kohawks will be back on the course this Saturday and Sunday when they compete against Mount Mercy and Loras in a triangular at Hunters Ridge in Marion, Iowa and Ellis in Cedar Rapids. This marks the East Moline, Illinois native’s third career Golfer of the Week honor (9/13/21, 9/20/21, 9/18/23).
