High School Grayslake Central Baseball – Position Player of the Week Daniel Rogers, Loras College Jr., LF, Grayslake, Ill./Grayslake Central Rogers helped lead the Loras Duhawks to a 4-0 week, including the 2023 A-R-C Baseball Tournament title, earning the automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. The junior outfielder finished the four-game stretch with a .438 batting average, recording nine RBIs, two doubles, two homeruns, and five walks drawn. With his two doubles, Rogers set a new single-season program record for the Duhawks with 20 doubles this season. Loras will travel to UW-Stevens Point for their first ever NCAA Regional with the first game against Webster. The Grayslake, Illinois native is garnering his second-career Position Player of the Week accolade in a Duhawk uniform (5/15/23, 3/7/22).
