  • Harris and the Buena Vista Beavers went 4-0 in conference play during the week.
  • The senior outfielder hit .500 on the week and led the team with six RBIs.
  • Harris recorded multiple hits in each of the four games during the week.
  • Highlights from this week included a big 2-run single in the bottom of the first to bring the Beavers within two runs of the Kohawks and later recording a game-tying RBI single in the fifth inning.
  • Harris extended his overall hit streak to five games and has hit safely in 10 of his last 11.

  • Additionally, Harris came on to pitch the ninth inning in BVU’s 9-6 victory over Coe on Saturday morning, earning his 15th career save.
  • Buena Vista improved to 24-5 overall and 15-1 in league play.
  • The Beavers will take the field on Tuesday, April 18 in Pella for the third game of the three-game series against Central.
  • Harris is a two-time Second Team All-Conference performer.
