Gabrielle Noland Award Track Performer of the Week (Women) Week Of 4/17/2023 Sport Outdoor Track & Field School Loras College Year Senior Position Sprints Hometown Rockford, Ill. High School Boylan Catholic Women’s Outdoor Track & Field – Track Performer of the Week Gabrielle Noland, Loras College Sr., Rockford, Ill./Boylan Catholic Noland and the No. 2-ranked Duhawks were in action at the UW-Platteville Invite. Loras took home second place out of 13 teams, with 166 points. The senior ran in the 100m, 200m, and 4x100m relay. Noland finished first in both of her individual events and second in the 4x100m relay. In the 100m, she sprinted a time of 11.91, which currently ranks seventh in Division III this outdoor season. Taking home the fastest time of 24.31 in the 200m, Noland’s time is the third best in Division III. Running the final leg of the 4x100m relay, she pushed her relay team to a second-place finish. The relay finished with a time of 46.70, which is the second best in the country currently. Noland and Loras travel to Rock Island, Illinois this Friday and Saturday to compete in the Augustana College Meet of Champions. The Rockford, Illinois native is collecting her second-career Women’s Outdoor Track Performer of the Week honor (3/26/17, 4/17/23). Noland additionally has earned Indoor Track Performer of the Week eleven ten times (12/4/16, 12/3/17, 1/14/18, 2/25/18, 12/10/18, 1/21/19, 2/4/19, 2/25/19, 1/20/20, 2/10/20).
