Grace Alley Award Field Performer of the Week (Women) Week Of 4/3/2023 Sport Outdoor Track & Field School Loras College Year Senior Position Sprints/Jumps/Hurdles Hometown Seneca, Ill. High School Seneca Women’s Outdoor Track & Field – Field Performer of the Week Grace Alley, Loras College Sr., Seneca, Ill./Seneca Alley and the Duhawks opened their outdoor season at the Texas State Bobcat Invitational on March 31 – April 1. The senior set outdoor or lifetime personal bests in the shot put, 200m, long jump, and javelin while competing in the heptathlon. Alley finished second out of 13 competitors while setting a conference all-time record with 5163 points. Alley’s performance is the top in Division III so far this season. The Duhawks are back in action on Wednesday, April 5 when they travel to St. Ambrose in Davenport, Iowa. The Seneca, Illinois native is collecting her third career Women’s Outdoor Field Performer of the Week honor (5/17/21, 4/25/22, 4/3/23). In addition, she has been named Indoor Field Performer of the Week twice (12/13/21, 2/28/22).
