The sophomore, competing at No. 6 singles, defeated Connor Leibforth 6-3, 6-2. Partnering with Ethan Humble at No. 3 doubles, the duo picked up a 6-4 victory over Bennet Piotrowski and Greyson Piotrowski. Since St. Ambrose is an NAIA institution, the double’s win did not count toward team points. The Storm are now 2-7 on the season and will be in action again on March 29 when they host Buena Vista in their opening conference contest of the year. The Indianola native is collecting his first-career Men’s Tennis Player of the Week honor.
