Maddy Maahs Award Offensive Player of the Week Week Of 11/7/2022 Sport Volleyball School Coe College Year Freshman Position Setter Hometown Epworth, Iowa High School Western Dubuque Volleyball – Offensive Player of the Week Maddy Maahs, Coe College Fr., Setter, Epworth, Iowa/Western Dubuque Maahs helped lead the No. 21-nationally ranked Kohawks to their third A-R-C Volleyball Tournament Championship in program history. Coe competed in a 5-set thriller semifinal against Dubuque where the Kohawks came out on top (3-2) and defeated Buena Vista in the championship match (3-1). The freshman setter led the way with 94 assists over the two contests. To add to her offensive efforts, Maahs tallied up four kills. She also added 23 digs and 3 blocks in a defensive effort. Coe improved to 27-5 overall (8-0 A-R-C) as they enter the NCAA Division III Volleyball Championship. The Epworth native is picking up her second-career Offensive Player of the Week honor (9/19/22, 11/7/22).
