High School Galesburg Women’s Swim & Dive – Performer of the Week Lauren Pio, Coe College Sr., Galesburg, Ill./Galesburg Pio helped lead the Kohawks to a 124-92 win over Loras in Coe’s first dual meet of the season. The senior took home the title in the 200 IM, recording a time of 2:21.49. Pio also claimed the individual medal in the 100 breaststroke, posting a mark of 1:12.43. To finish the day, Pio capped off her performance with a strong leg in the 200 freestyle relay to win with a time of 1:47.31. The Kohawks will host Grinnell College for a dual on Friday at the Coe Natatorium. The Galesburg, Illinois native is picking up her first-career Performer of the Week accolade.
