The sophomore defender played all 90 minutes in the shutout victory over Macalester. Ferrandez helped the Norse defense hold its opponents to a combined 11 shots and four corner kick opportunities all weekend. The Luther defense has not conceded a goal since a September 3rd tie with St. Norbert College. The Norse improved to 4-0-1 on the season. Ferrandez is a 2021 Honorable Mention performer. The Crevillent, Spain native is picking up his first Men’s Soccer Defensive Player of the Week and Male Athlete of the Week accolades.
