Kennedy Women’s Tennis – Player of the Week Shelby Cook, Luther College Sr., Cedar Rapids, Iowa/Kennedy Cook went 2-0 at No. 4 Singles and 1-1 at No. 1 Doubles on the week. The Norse finished their regular season with a 16-10 record. In singles, Cook defeated UW-La Crosse’s Morgan Graf (7-5, 6-1) and Augustana’s Grace Rider (6-3, 6-1). In doubles play, Cook partnered with Julia Moreno and together defeated UW-La Crosse’s Kimberly Steiner and Kellie Hierl (8-5) and lost to Augustana’s Caitlyn Hanulikova and Lily Schoeck (8-6). Cook is a three-time All-Conference singles performer and four-time All-Conference doubles performer. The Cedar Rapids native is earning her sixth career Women’s Tennis Player of the Week honor (4/25/22, 10/13/20, 9/21/20, 9/23/19, 9/10/19, 4/8/19).
