The Prairie Wolves defeated Luther College in game 1 of the series 6-0. The junior right-hander only surrendered four hits with seven strikeouts. Unger held his opponents to a .133 batting average in the victory. The Lincoln Pius X prep improved to 1-2 on the mound this season. The Prairie Wolves are 13-15 overall and 6-7 in A-R-C play this year. The Lincoln, Nebraska native is taking home his first-career Pitcher of the Week honor.
