Blum, a senior shooting guard, hit the game-winning shot with one second to play in a 79-77 victory over Buena Vista on Jan. 12, then scored 28 points in an 82-74 win over crosstown rival Loras on Jan. 15. During the week, he averaged 24.5 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 2.5 assists, and shot 14-for-31 from the field, 8-for-16 from behind the 3-point line, and 13-for-14 from the free throw line.
