Foster, in her final season, becomes a five-time All-Conference honoree. In four of her five seasons, Foster has taken home at least one of the conference's major awards. As a first-year in 2017, the Charles City prep garnered Freshman of the Year honors. Since the Defensive Player of the Year recognition began in 2019, Foster has been the only recipient. In addition to her 2019 Defensive Player of the Year accolade, Foster was named league MVP. She closes out her stellar Wartburg career as a twenty-one-time Defensive Player of the Week award winner. In 29 conference sets, Foster led the Knight's back-row defense, who held opponents to a hitting percentage of .088 and .97 service aces per set, both first in the league. She ranked first in the conference with 5.59 digs per set at 162 total. This came behind a Wartburg front line that led the conference in blocks.
