Jarad Kruse Award Player of the Week Week Of 11/15/2021 Sport Men's Basketball School Coe College Year Senior Position Forward Hometown Oskaloosa, Iowa High School Oskaloosa Men’s Basketball – Player of the Week Jarad Kruse, Coe College Sr., K, Oskaloosa, Iowa/Oskaloosa Kruse helped lead the Kohawks to a 3-0 week and a 4-0 start to the season with wins over Cornell College (78-62), Aurora (69-67), and Concordia University (Wis.) (89-79). In each of the Kohawk wins, Kruse scored over 20 points, tallying 21, 21, and 24 points. The senior was named tournament MVP at the Carroll University Classic. Kruse recorded a double-double in the Kohawk win over Aurora with 21 points and 10 rebounds. Coe’s senior ended the week recording 66 points, two blocked shots, two steals, four assists, 23 total rebounds, and shooting 55 percent from the field. Kruse was named First Team All-Conference in the 2020-21 season. This marks the Oskaloosa native’s first-career men’s basketball Player of the Week accolade.
