He tallied eight tackles in the Nebraska Wesleyan win. In addition to his eight tackles, Brinker had a 61-yard fumble recovery for a touchdown to tie the game at 14-14. The Elkhorn, Neb. native is picking up his first-career Defensive Player of the Week honor.
