High School Northwest Male Athlete of the Week – Football – Offensive Player of the Week Carter Terry, Nebraska Wesleyan University Jr, QB, Grand Island, Neb./Northwest Terry led the Prairie Wolves to a 69-20 win over Eureka College. The Grand Island, Neb. native went 17-for-24 through the air, recording 393 passing yards, with seven touchdown passes. Terry’s seven touchdown passes ties the program record for the Prairie Wolves. The junior quarterback led a Prairie Wolf offense that churned out 551 yards of total offense and the most points since 1919. The is Terry’s first-career Offensive Player of the Week honor. NWU’s Jonathan Curti (9/23/2019) was the last Prairie Wolf to earn Offensive Player of the Week accolades.
