Sophomore defensive back, Karrell Simpson led the Prairie Wolf defense that only surrendered 87 yards of rushing. The sophomore recorded two interceptions, including a 51-yard pick-six, and a forced fumble. Simpson registered three tackles in the win. The Kansas City, Mo. native is garnering his first-career Defensive Player of the Week honor.
