The sophomore was 6-for-9 at the plate, racking up five singles and one double while scoring four runs during the series. She also drove in four RBIs over the weekend and posted a slugging percentage of .778, while going 2-for-2 in stolen bases with two walks. Game 1: Wartburg 4, Coe 2 – 2-for-3 (.667), R, 2 H, SB. Game 2: Coe 9, Wartburg 8 – 2-for-2 (1.000), 2 R, 2 H, 2 RBI, 2 BB, SB, 4-putouts. Game 3: Coe 6, Wartburg 4 – 2-for-4 (.500), R, 2 H, 2 RBI, 2B. Parson is the third Kohawk this season to be named the Softball Position Player of the Week. The Clinton, Iowa native is collecting her first-career Position Player of the Week honor.
