Foster, in her senior season, becomes a four-time All-Conference honoree. In three of her four seasons, Foster has taken home at least one of the conference's major awards. As a first-year in 2017, the Charles City prep garnered Freshman of the Year honors. Since the Defensive Player of the Year recognition began in 2019, Foster has been the only recipient. In addition to her 2019 Defensive Player of the Year accolade, Foster was named league MVP. She closes out her stellar Wartburg career as a sixteen-time conference Defensive Player of the week award winner. Two of those came in the shortened 2020 (Spring 2021) season due to Covid-19.
In 29 conference sets, Foster led the Knight's back-row defense, who held opponents to a hitting percentage of .095 and .62 service aces per set, both first in the league. She ranked third in the conference with 5.38 digs per set at 156 total. This came behind a Wartburg front line that led the conference in blocks.
