Konfrost won the discus with a toss of 164 feet and 8 inches which currently tops the list in NCAA Division III. In the shot put, the senior had a mark of 44 feet and 4.25 inches which currently sits fourth nationally in Division III. The Glenwood, Iowa native is collecting her first-career Outdoor Field Performer of the Week accolade. In 2019 Konfrost was the conference runner-up in the discuss at the A-R-C Outdoor Championships.
