Lexie Parks Award Offensive Player of the Week Week Of 2/22/2021 Sport Volleyball School Simpson College Year Junior Position Outside Hitter Hometown Allen, Texas High School Lovejoy Volleyball – Offensive Player of the Week Lexie Parks, Simpson College Jr., OH, Allen, Texas/Lovejoy In the opening weekend of A-R-C Volleyball, Simpson went on the road and knocked off the preseason favorite Dubuque Spartans 3-2. Parks led the Storm with 16 kills and 17 points, both lead the A-R-C after the first week of play. The Allen, Texas native also collected 10 digs to help the Storm’s cause. The Storm picked up their first conference win since Oct. 19, 2018. Parks is the first Simpson volleyball player to earn Offensive Player of the Week honors since Megan LeMay on Sept. 16, 2018. This is Parks’ first-career Offensive Player of the Week honors.
