High School Lincoln East Men’s Basketball – Player of the Week Connor Riekenberg, Nebraska Wesleyan University So., Guard, Lincoln, Neb./Lincoln East Nebraska Wesleyan took down Luther on the road in Decorah Saturday by the score of 68-51 for their first win of the season. Riekenberg scored 21 points while shooting 54.5% from the floor (6-of-11). The sophomore also shot lights out from 3-point range, shooting 55.6% (5-of-9) in NWU’s victory over the Norse. In 29 minutes of action, he only committed one turnover, was credited with a steal and one rebound. This is Riekenberg’s first-career men’s basketball Player of the Week honor.
