Rami Hemaidan Award Player of the Week Week Of 2/15/2021 Sport Men's Tennis School Coe College Year Junior Position Hometown Cedar Rapids, Iowa High School Kennedy Men’s Tennis – Player of the Week Rami Hemaidan, Coe College Jr., Cedar Rapids, Iowa/Kennedy Hemaidan went undefeated in both singles and doubles play this weekend against Wartburg and Northwestern (Iowa). The junior swept both Wartburg’s Lucas Huffman and Northwestern’s Brian VandenBerg 6-0, 6-0 in singles action. Hemaidan and his doubles partner, Bo Wilson, are currently ranked No.13 in the nation in doubles play. The duo defeated Wartburg’s Jackson Eells/Lucas Huffman 8-5 and Northwestern’s Brian VandenBerg/Juan Mackery 8-2. The Kohawks are now 4-0 on the season and 2-0 in A-R-C matches. Hemaidan now has three Men’s Tennis Player of the Week accolades to his name (2/15/21, 2/4/19, 9/23/18).
