Josh Seymour Award Field Performer of the Week (Men) Week Of 1/20/2020 Sport Indoor Track & Field School Coe College Year Senior Position Hometown Des Moines, Iowa High School Dowling Catholic Men’s Indoor Track & Field - Field – Performer of the Week Josh Seymour, Coe College Sr., Des Moines, Iowa/Dowling Catholic Opening the season at The Armory, hosted by Ramapo College, in New York City, Seymour won two field events. The senior won the shot put with toss of 15.76 meters, which was first out of 19 competitors. The throw also broke the Coe school record by .07 meters. He also placed first out of 16 competitors in the weight throw with a mark of 17.04 meters. The weight throw broke Seymour’s personal record and moved him into third place in the Coe record books. This is Seymour’s first career Field Performer of the Week award.
