The Knights win clinched a share of the conference title, the third straight year for Wartburg. The sophomore also recovered two Loras fumbles, forcing one of the fumbles himself. The Davenport, Iowa native also tallied a sack and a pass break up in the win. Wartburg will face Hope College (Mich.) in the first round of the NCAA Division III Playoffs this upcoming Saturday in Holland, Michigan. This is Santillan’s first career Defensive Player of the Week award.
