He turned away three shots in the 3-0 semifinal win over No.1-seeded Central and had three saves in the 2-1 victory over No. 2-seeded Loras in title match. The junior keeper is 8-3-0 with a GAA of 1.04 with over 1400 minutes of play. This is Davenport’s second career Defensive Player of the Week honor (11/11/19, 10/22/18). Luther’s A-R-C Tournament title marks the ninth tournament trophy for the Norse. As the league’s automatic qualifier, Luther will be making its 10th appearance in the NCAA Tournament. The NCAA announced Monday, November 11 that Luther will host one of sixteen regionals Saturday, Nov. 16 – Sunday, November 17. The Norse will face Principia College in the first round at 1:00 p.m. on November 16.
