The senior forward facilitated a valiant 5-4 OT comeback win against the University of Dubuque. Broderick scored the first goal after Loras was down 4-0 in the 27th minute, sparking a four-goal comeback by the Duhawks. He would cap the night off with the game-winning goal in overtime. On Saturday, Oct. 26, Loras defeated Nebraska Wesleyan 2-1, moving them atop the conference standings with 18 points. Broderick is sitting in a three-way tie for second with goals scored on the season at 10. The game winner against UD was his fifth of the season, putting him second in the conference in game-winning goals. The Duhawks lead the conference in goals scored (28) through all eight conference matches. This marks the West Des Moines, Iowa native’s first career Offensive Player of the Week accolade.
