Co-Pitcher of the Year
Olson posted a league-high 62 strikeouts in 54.1 innings of work. Additionally, she ranked number one in opposing batting average (.210). Her earned-run average (ERA) of 2.58 ranked fifth in the conference. The Cedar Rapids Jefferson prep recorded one shutout and one save this season while posting a 7-1 record in conference play. Olson picked up Pitcher of the Week honors from the conference on March 4 and March 11. Olson and Jones are heading to the NCAA Division III Softball Championship for the third-straight season and 17th time in program history.
