Pitcher of the Year
Kammin becomes just the second Kohawk to be named Pitcher of the year, joining Alec Lewis (2010). On the mound Kammin threw 45.2 innings, picking up a conference best, six wins, with zero losses. The Woodstock, Ill. prep had the league’s third-best ERA amongst starting pitchers at 2.17 and held opponents to a batting average of .190. In six conference appearances he went the distance two times and recorded the fifth most strikeouts (40).
