In this his junior season, Lembeck finished third at 141lbs. to become a two-time All-American. The Marion, Iowa native finished fifth in 2017. Lembeck won his first two matches before falling to the eventual national champion David Flynn of Augsburg in the semifinals 4-2. Lembeck bounced back in the consolation bracket, winning his next two to finish third.
