High School Glenbard East Male Athlete of the Week – Men’s Track & Field – Track Performer of the Week Patrick Mikel, Loras College Jr., Lombard, Ill./Glenbard East Mikel earned his third consecutive Outdoor Conference Track MVP honors over the weekend. Mikel won the American Rivers Conference Championship Title in the 200m (21.75) and the 400m (46.92). His time of 46.92 set a new conference meet record in the 400m and is the top time in Division III. Mikel anchored the winning 4x400m Relay team that a time of 3:14.13. Mikel is ranked No. 17 in the 200m in Division III and He is also on the 4x100m ranked No. 15 in Division III and 4x400m ranked No.8. This is Mikel’s eighth Outdoor Track and Field – Track Performer of the Week honor (5/13/19, 5/6/19, 4/15/19, 5/13/18, 4/22/18, 5/14/17, 4/2/17, 3/26/17).
