High School Geneseo Male Athlete of the Week – Men’s Track & Field – Field Performer of the Week Will Daniels, Central College Jr., Geneseo, Ill./Geneseo April 19-20 2.) Daniels competed at the Jim Dutcher Memorial on April 19-20, 2019. The junior standout took first in a field of eight Decathletes with 7,195 points. He moved up to No. 8 all-time in NCAA Division III with his decathlon score, while also establishing a new school record. Daniels currently owns the No. 1 qualifying mark this season and the No. 5 qualifying mark in the high jump (6-10.25). As a sophomore, Daniels took third at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships in the Decathlon. This is Daniels’ second Outdoor Field Performer of the Week honor (4/22/19, 4/22/18).
