She scored 14 points for Dubuque to help them to a fourth-place team finish. Heimark placed second in the triple jump. Her 2019 silver medal mark was 11.16m She cleared a height of 3.10m in the pole vault to earn bronze. This is the first Performer of the Week honor for Heimark.
