High School Glenbard East Men’s Indoor Track & Field – Field Performer of the Week Patrick Mikel, Loras College Jr., Lombard, Ill./Glenbard East Mikel competed at the Spartan invite on Friday, Feb. 15. Event 1: 400m - 1st – place - 48.65 - Facility Record Friday was the first time competing in 400 since setting NCAA Division III’s top time on 12/8 (47.95, 47.20 converted). Event 2: 4x400 Relay - 1st – place - 3:19.70 (converted to 3:16.57) The relay time ranks 7th in NCAA Division III this season. Mikel claimed the 2018 NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field national title in the 400m. This is Mikel’s fourth Indoor Track Performer of the Week award (2/18/19, 1/28/19, 12/10/18, 2/4/18).
