In a field of 27, Bonner took 1st-place in the shot put with a mark 15.46m (50-8.75). Bonner remains 21st in NCAA Division III and second in the A-R-C in shot put with a previous mark of 15.75m (51-8.25). His mark of 15.46m would have been good for 29th in the country. He followed that up finishing 12th of 30 in the weight throw at 13.83m (45-4.5). Bonner’s has now claimed 1st-place in the shot put two-consecutive weeks. This is Bonner’s first Indoor Field Performer of the Week honor and the first for BVU since Steven Ricke (1/31/2010).
