High School Boylan Catholic Female Athlete of the Week – Women’s Indoor Track & Field – Track Performer of the Week Gabby Noland, Loras College Jr., Rockford, Ill./Boylan Catholic Noland helped the Duhawks to a first-place team finish at Illinois Wesleyan’s Division III Keck Select on Feb. 2. Event 1: 60m - 1st place - 7.61 Her 60m time ranks first in the American Rivers Conference and is tied for first in NCAA Division III. The 7.61 time also established a new Loras school record. Event 2: 200m - 1st place - 24.97 (24.59 converted) Noland’s 200m time stands first in NCAA Division III and the American Rivers. Event 3: 4x400 - 1st place - 3:55.61 (3:52.53 converted) The Duhawk relay’s time ranks second in NCAA Division III and the American Rivers. At the 2018 Indoor Conference Championships Noland was voted Track Performer of the Year. Noland took 6th in the 200m at the 2018 NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships. This is the seventh Indoor Track Performer of the Week honor for Noland (2/4/19, 1/21/19, 12/10/18, 2/25/18, 12/3/17, 1/14/18, 12/4/16).
