High School Maine South Female Athlete of the Week – Women’s Basketball – Player of the Week Riley Eckhart, Loras College Jr., G, Park Ridge, Ill./Maine South Eckhart averaged 20 points, 3 rebounds and 1 steal as the Duhawks picked up two conference wins last week. In two contests she went 15-27 (56%) from the field, 3-8 (38%) from 3-point and 7-8 (88%) from the charity stripe. Eckhart scored 12 points, grabbed 3 rebounds and 1 steal in Loras’ 76-67 win over Simpson. In the Duhawk’s 88-70 win over NWU, Eckhart put up 28 points while adding 3 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal and 1 blocked shot. This is the first Player of the Week honor for Eckhart.
